Watched This is Spinal Tap when I should have been doing test-/MEP Proposal-/school-related things. Black hilarity at its best. Albeit his faltering English accent, Henry Shearer (whom you may recognise from the end credits of The Simpsons) was top class. Spinal Tap-esque comedy survives in Arrested Development. The world is unravelling itself to me, one time-wasting activity at a time.

The Art of Formulaic Uniqueness
Finally caught the Art of Flirting. I can’t say I like it. I can appreciate the film for what it is, and I get it completely, it just didn’t feel like it was enough. Potentially an amazing film, but its form and overall unity was as if Kan Lume found a great formula and stuck to it, without noticing all the loose ends lying around.
